George Sookochoff, B.Comm. — CEO, President & Director:
Mr. Sookochoff graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He has over 28 years of experience in mineral exploration working on projects around the world. As a consultant to junior exploration companies, Mr. Sookochoff has specialized in advanced methods of exploration data acquisition, data processing and management. He is also a director of International PBX Ventures and Hard Creek Nickel Corp.

SUNG BUM HUH- Director
Mr. Huh has more than 16 years in financial and mining industry. He has been with PBX since 2011. He graduated from Korea University in Seoul, Korea and worked for Hanwha Securities. Since he immigrated to Canada in 2000, he has worked for BMO Nesbitt Burns in one of Canada’s 5 largest full service brokerage firms. He also served for TD Canada Trust, one of the 5 largest banks in Canada. He then joined Walton International group and has also worked with Ominiarch Capital group as a partner.

Peter Kohl — Director
Mr. Kohl has more than 20 years of accounting experience. He was appointed Corporate Secretary in 2005, and then became the CFO in 2006. He graduated in 1992 from the University of Applied Science in Cologne Germany and holds a Master of Business and Administration Degree. Prior to moving to Canada, Mr. Kohl was the head of the finance department of Warner Music Mfg. Europe and later continued in Vancouver as Controller of Prophecy Entertainment Inc., as well as Sea Breeze Power Corp. During 2006, Mr. Kohl was appointed Vice President, Finance and CFO of Mineral Hill Industries Ltd. and also served as CFO of Copper Belt Resources Ltd. and Nass Valley Gateway Ltd. Mr. Kohl is also a Director of Mount Dakota Energy Corp., a listed Oil & Gas junior with producing wells operating in Alberta, Canada.

Mr. Jeremy Caddy, BSc(Eng) in Mining, C.Eng., FIMMM. - Director
Mr. Caddy is a mining engineer with over three decades of experience in the industry, including four years in Broken Hill, Australia with Consolidated Zinc Corporation (now Rio Tinto), followed by five years with consultants Kenneth McMahon & Partners of Sydney, Australia and three years in Malaysia serving as the CEO of a mining investment firm. Jeremy was president of Vancouver listed mining company Richlode Investments Ltd. He restructured Richlode in 1998 as Thundelarra Exploration Ltd. and became President and CEO. Thundelarra delisted in 2003 and continued on the ASX in Australia. In 1998 he became President of Vancouver listed mining company Quattro Resources Ltd. Caddy restructured Quattro in 2001 as Aldershot Resources Ltd and became President and CEO.
