IVU-V UPDATE
PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO RAISE $3,100,000 NEGOTIATED
The company has negotiated a non-brokered private placement to raise $3,100,000
consisting of 5,000,000 units comprising 1 share priced at $0.62 and a
one-half share
purchase warrant exercisable at $0.77 for a period of one year. The funds
will be used for drilling the Tabaco property, work on other Chilean properties
and general corporate purposes.
A finders commission is payable in cash or equivalent units subject to
regulatory
approval.
