ANNOUNCEMENT

International PBX Ventures Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that it has appointed Gary Medford as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Medford is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Company. The Company would like to thank its past CEO and President, Peter Hooper for his services to the Company.

Peter Kohl has been appointed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kohl has a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Science in Cologne, Germany. Mr. Kohl is currently the principal of Insight Accounting Inc., an accounting services company which provides full service accounting solutions to both private and public companies.
