International PBX Ventures Ltd. has agreed, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, to a six-month extension of the term of certain share purchase warrants granted pursuant to private placements announced on May 20, 2005. Share purchase warrants totalling 2,576,717 are exercisable at a price of 60 cents per share and the new expiry date will be June 15, 2007.
