PBX ANNOUNCES AGM RESULTS AND DRILL UPDATE

VANCOUVER, B.C.– International PBX Ventures Ltd. (“PBX” or the "Company") (TSX.V:PBX) announces the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") held on February 25, 2011. The meeting was well attended with visitors from China, Toronto & Edmonton.  All items on the ballot sent to shareholders, the Election of Directors, the appointment of Auditors, the approval of the Company's Stock Option Plan, to consider, and if thought fit, to set the number of directors at five and to approve taking the Company’s subsidiary public through an appropriate transaction were approved.


The Board of Directors now consists of the following members: Gary Medford (Chairman), George Sookochoff, Verna Wilson, Mike Waskett Myers and Peter Kohl.


Copaquire Drill Program Update
Building of the Copaquire camp is now complete after two weeks of delays due to record rainfalls. The completion of the camp was necessary to accommodate and feed some forty drill crew, geologists and support staff which are now travelling to camp. Several washed out roads have been repaired and can now accommodate the two drills which will arrive on site by March 15th 2011.
